No ads blocking the content, no mandatory sign-ups. Just the data.
About Us
Built by NexoraOS Ltd. The guides section covers practical, real-world property advice.
What Data Do We Use?
All property data comes from the HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, published under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The dataset is updated monthly (on the 20th working day of each month) and we pull in every new transaction within 24 hours of release.
Our database currently holds over 28 million transactions going back to January 1995. That is every residential property sale in England and Wales recorded by the Land Registry.
What Can You Search?
- Search by postcode to see every sale in that area with price trends
- Search by town to see district-wide statistics and averages
- Search by street to see every sale on that road over 30 years
- Browse by county to see regional trends and comparisons
Accuracy and Limitations
This data reflects completed sales as recorded by Land Registry. It does not include properties sold at auction that did not complete, private sales not registered, or properties in Scotland and Northern Ireland (which have separate registers). If a price looks wrong, it is almost always because the official record contains a data entry error — we display exactly what the Land Registry publishes.
Why Trust UK Houses?
- Built and maintained by a real person — not an auto-generated content farm
- Data updated monthly from official government sources
- No sponsored rankings or paid placements in search results
- Open about our data source and methodology
- I have personally bought property using this exact data
