What is UK Houses?

UK Houses provides free access to sold house price data for England and Wales. Our database contains over 31 million property transactions recorded by HM Land Registry since January 1995.

Data Source

All property data comes from the HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, published under the Open Government Licence v3.0. The data is updated monthly on the 20th working day of each month.

What Can You Search?

Search by postcode to see every sale in that area
Search by town to see district-wide statistics
Search by street to see every sale on that road
Browse by county to see regional trends

Accuracy

This data reflects completed sales as recorded by Land Registry. It does not include properties sold at auction that did not complete, private sales not registered, or properties in Scotland and Northern Ireland (which have separate registers).
